While I can't write a deep, in depth review due to developing cancer and having to resign to battle it, I can say that my two months there were very educational.
It was difficult to acclimate to the Indian accents of the high up superiors, and to a degree I have yet to fully do so, but they were all very nice and welcoming.
The company is very admirable, wanting to focus on self financing so that they aren't forced to do what the banks that fund them say. Putting the needs of the customer (ironically the banks) first often does lead to a good work environment.
Good entry level pay, friendly, attracts good people
