- Medical (about $3,000 per year if you choose Cigna PPO instead of HSA, $1,750 deductible, $3,500 out of pocket maximum, $500/year employer contribution), dental, vision for Year 2018- 50% 401K match up to 9% of your salary (effective April 2018), 100% vesting in 4 years, and employee stock purchase with a 15% discount- 15 to 16 days of paid time off per year and 4 business days between 12/25 and 1/1.- Up to $500 / year in wellness, life insurance, AD&D, commuter plan etc.

Higher pay and pay commissions on time people depend on the extra money to pay everyday bills because base is so low it doesn't cover everything. Insurance is expensive and doesn't offer any extras worth the extra exspense
