- Medical (about $3,000 per year if you choose Cigna PPO instead of HSA, $1,750 deductible, $3,500 out of pocket maximum, $500/year employer contribution), dental, vision for Year 2018
- 50% 401K match up to 9% of your salary (effective April 2018), 100% vesting in 4 years, and employee stock purchase with a 15% discount
- 15 to 16 days of paid time off per year and 4 business days between 12/25 and 1/1.
- Up to $500 / year in wellness, life insurance, AD&D, commuter plan etc.

Medical, Dental, and Vision. Like the other person said, the medical has a very high deductible. Even with normal coverage for my family, we still paid over $400 each month out of the paycheck.
Car allowance or company car depending on the contract.
