Enjoyed bonding with clients

A typical day at work was either 8am-8pm or vice versa and depending on who worked / works you’re most likely doing both shifts job. Many rude to clients I personally got along with them. Management liked to stay outside and smoke with new hires

Helping people is nice but when there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians it causes issues too many people trying to tell you what needs to be done

Terrible place

This place was ran by complete crazy uneducated people whio did not care at all about the employees nor the patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good Company

Great company to work for, learn a lot about Substance Abuse/ Mental Illness. Good Management and a great program for the community. Unit hours are 12 hour shifts which allows several days off work each week.
