The company does set high expectations and enrollment goals. The site level is mostly fast paced with some locations running at a slower pace. The company strives to meet client goals while maintaining high ethical standards. Company always promotes from within whenever possible. Lots of room for career advancement.

Director, Business Development (Current Employee) –  Austin, TXNovember 3, 2017
Synexus was a unique SMO with the ability to identify and recruit patients with its own global site network providing significant cost and time savings for the clients. However, the current culture is of much uncertainty with 2 acquisitions, 2 integrations with a third integration to occur EOY within less than 2 years.
Pros
Global Experience
Cons
Instability
