They expect you to only meet their needs. No matter how many times they tell you how to do something, they will not explain nor show you the mistakes you make. Only point them out and don’t offer the training other than watching a video. If then you can’t get it, you get wrote up, then fired. Management is the worse toxic relationship in my history of many other banks. The Loan Operations Management is out for themselves, never you. It’s a click kinda place to work. If your not in the click and high falooting, you don’t stand a chance.

Pushing products on people is definitely not the way to go. There are ways to introduce people to products in a manner that you can catch their attention without it sounding like you’re pressureing them.

Unless the replace the good ole boy system they have going on in their management positions, I see a grim future for this banking establishment!

Synovus is by far the worst banking establishment I’ve ever worked for & I have 20+ years banking experience and have worked at several banks over the past 30 years! Good ole boy system at its finest, not interested in the lower tier employees, they will never counsel you on what your doing wrong or give you guidance on improvements, just fired when their tired of you! Would never recommend this back to anyone for employment!

21 days to bucket sick, vacation, etc all together. Management makes you get your backup, which is shocking. With the HUGE amount of people walking around with the title of Director, you would think they would know how to actually manage. And do not be surprised when you find someone to back you up, and then your leader dings you for it. Why? Because that's the culture at Synovus.
