High turnover rate among supervisors and only one person in management knows what she is doing so she is very busy. No trainings or meetings so you have no idea what you are doing right or wrong. Also they sit in one cubical and gossip about the employees.

Pushing products on people is definitely not the way to go. There are ways to introduce people to products in a manner that you can catch their attention without it sounding like you’re pressureing them.

Train properly (the calls we got were nothing like what we learned in training). I would also start fresh as far as staff there are people that have been with the company so long they think they are managers and don't accept change or new methods so don't follow protocol.
