This is a good job
This is a good job and it has good benefits. Hours are flexible and the office is new and has a keurig machine, free coffee and healthy snacks. Food trucks every week.

Lots of work. Your reward for busting you back and finishing early is go and do more work and help. Old equipment, bad management, low pay for amount of work.

No work/life balance at all. But they pay well. Most supervisors new and don't quite know what they are doing. It's kinda a mess with promises of improving but no improving.
CDL A Driver in Lincoln, NE

It is a good job, and hard work. Problem is when you have to touch the freight more than a couple of times to find items for the stop you are at, it gets to be too much. The way trailers are loaded have a need for massive improvement. Some days its ok, most days its a nightmare. When asked to cover a route, I was given a summary of stops. By the time I obtain the route manifest the next morning it was completely different with increased stops. This happened multiple times.
