Poor management, always "great" new plans to improve morale, but never listening to employees about what they need to enjoy work. Horrible budgeting. No time or money for training and growth, no hopes of climbing the ladder. Short handed, extra work, but no extra time to do it. Having to pick up the slack for people that disappear for 6 hours of their shift and are not made to work. No care or concern for safety, or anything but yourself.

It's planned for 2% once a year ($.36 for my last one), but it seems generally raises are cancelled because we can't conform to the horribly written budget.

Horrible. They called me everyday for a week. I finallay answered and had a phone interview. Then they called me two days later and set me up for an actual interview at the ocoee Florida branch for a yard spotter position. The interview date came and I showed up on time. They didn't know I had a interview at the front desk so they told me to drive around the building to the guard shack. I pulled up to the guard shack and they still didn't know why I was there for an interview. The next day I got a email saying I did not show up for the interview. REALLY. I called they person who called me I got no answer so I left a message. Nobody has called me back. Horrible company to TRY to work for.
