It depends on what job you’re applying for within the company. An office job is typically Monday-Friday 8-5. Sales Associates work 6 days a week, with Saturday being their only day off, which is typically interrupted by customers calling. However, since we do work 6 days a week, Managers are pretty good about letting us take off an hour early here or there for an appointment, or family obligations like sports games. Drivers work Monday-Saturday with Sundays off. They start about 5:00am and sometimes finish late depending on load size. The warehouse staff is around 24/7 receiving and outgoing deliveries. Hope this helps!

Reward your hardworking and dedicated employees, raises that actually fit the performance. Employees with long history of working value should be rewarded in the times where they are short staffed. Holiday meals would be nice or a Christmas party
