Come up with real solutions, listen to employee's ideas. I've heard some great ideas that can save time and they ate over looked or brushed off. When management shows they are listening and care, morality gets better. Its not rocket science. A little respext goes a long way.

Got a phone. Call i call bAck did phone interview then got set for face to face view with two managers kill it got hired on spot .. Just waitin on background now im sure drug test comes fast .

Need 2 week notice if approved. Also needs to be put in by the very beginning on February. Not always approved time but the worse part is finding someone to cover you and when you finally find out its approved so you can plan your vacation.
