This job worked with the federal government and the job was overly stressful everyday as we were constantly reminded that we could be let go over anything we might say or do. Normally given no direction and information that was critical was typically late or held back for a group meeting instead of being provided to the techs on the phones. To many managers running a group of people and constant lack of communication between them. Severely unqualified technicians caused the qualified technicians to have to pick up the slack. Suggestions to enhance the workplace and to help others never considered.
