87 questions about Hiring Process at T-Mobile
I literally just submitted resume, got interviewed and then a call in like less than two weeks
Answered June 11, 2016
At the Springfield, Missouri Call Center, I applied on August 16, 2021. I received an email the next day if I would be ready for a phone interview on August 17 which I did. After my phone interview with the recruiter for Entry Level Customer Service expert position on August 18, later that day I did a Zoom interview with the manager. I was told from the recruiter that the hiring class start date would take place on August 31,2021. My background check took two days and there was no drug test. Pretty easy hiring process.
