  • I would dread every day, the customers are terrible, and think that they are owed the world, the support system is arrogantly incompetent, and depending on what community you get in to, depends on if company policy is actually followed. all the upper management cares about is making sure that the customer would recommend t-mobile, and that everyone has great metrics so that the management gets good bonuses

  • Stressed about taking calls, because if I'm being honest, taking phone calls isnt the most fun. But after my morning meeting with my team, and I take my first call, it's easy peasy after that.

  • I'm a self motivator. It was always exciting because each day was different. And I always learned something new.
