I just got called yesterday I did phone interview and the hiring manager said I did great and she will like to my offer me the position full time but now im s lil nervouse she said she has to run a background and I have a felony of possession of a stolen vehicle and I have like two retail thefts but they were all when. I was the age 17 years old and I am 23 now and I haven't gotten in trouble since. Is their a possibility I will still get the job I am so nervous

  • Yea you prolly won’t get hired

  • You're probably out of luck. T-Mobile is extremely strict with their background checks from what I've seen. If it's serious to you, and was prior to your 18th birthday, I would look into getting them expunged.

  • Yes you shouldn’t have any issues. Tmobile is a pretty forgiving company.

  • You should be fine, they were all done while you were still considered a juvenile which are sealed once you become 18.

  • Possibility you may not get the job. Stay positive worse thing that can happen is get denies.denied
