Just absorb the information that is provided to you during training. Use all of the resource that are available to you in the system to provide that wonderful customer service experience

Work hard everyday and your commission checks will always be big. Always make a conversation with each customer and relate devices to the customer to have a better chance on selling a new product.

Be on time and do not miss any time!! They give you PTO once you are out of training but in the beginning best advice I can give is give it your all! The better you do in the beginning the more bragging your trainer will do and it's great positive exposure!
If you're good with people then you will be good at this job. It's all about making them feel comfortable with you and trusting your knowledge on the product and company.
Pay attention to training, Keep a high positive energy, be knowledgeable of all products and services, CANNOT STRESS HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO BUNDLE PACKAGES TOGETHER.
Relax, seek out the pain points customers have from other carriers, and it will all come together.
Always ask for the sale, also they are huge on small business.. talk to customers about @Work 100% of the time
Just Wing It. You have some good qualities already, being a people person and your choice of words, everything else will come to you. Be sure to brush up on basic knowledge of cell phones in todays time.
