  • Opening store at certain time counting cash drawers turn off alarms checking into T-Mobile systems selling phones accessories business accounts marketing

  • We are a slow location so we get a lot of tech support questions on a good day we will be 3-4 customers deep in activations/upgrades upselling for our store is not too hard a pretty laid back job overall but really depends on location

  • Waiting for customers to come in. Standing up and moving around all day. Make sure you are up to date on promotions and you hav etc be tech savvy

  • Horrible I had to leave because the managers treat everyone like scum

  • It has its busy moments and it has its slow moments, but there is always something to do there! Raffles, little quizzes, team building. They make it very fun and engaging.

  • As a coach, taking escalated calls when customers want more and rep has exceeded their limits or nothing will satisfy them Teps are able to handle most calls appropriately. Provide coaching and additional help on one on one sessions.
