  • Invasive. They asked about my life, my health, why I was overweight, if my being overweight would effect my job, my mental health, and what medications I was taking. I was not allowed to ask questions or offer feedback. I was given the position, trained, and thrown into the pit.

  • U ask for a job and they hire you on the spot. no drug test or anything

  • I only had to have a interview with one manager and the background check, not even a week. But the store I'm at they have nobody

  • Depends on location, usually three steps first you meet with assistant managers, store manager than the GM. They asks the basics of your experience, what you have to offer and dig into your personality a bit to break the stereotypical interview process

  • I filled out application then you have to pass an assessment test once you pass a phone interview then a face to face interview and they have you roll play a sales scenario after that background check and if everything goes well an offered is made.

  • Once you apply, you'll receive an email asking you to complete a virtual interview. Depending on your responses, they will call you in for a formal interview. During the formal interview, you will be asked typical interview questions and call partner if it's a call center.

  • Was simple and straightfoward.

  • T-Mobile Call Center in Augusta GA is known to be a great work place. The hiring process is very long but it is worth the wait. I applied April 4th 2017. I received my first automatic email on April 25th that stated we still haven't forgotten about you but there has been a delay in the hiring process. So a few weeks went by I emailed them June 18th. Later that week I got an email that invited me to take to the first interview with Hirevue-online interview. A week later from that I got an email to schedule a day in life on June 26th. It is about 1-2 hours long where you learn more about the call center. It is important to arrive as early as possible because this will be the order that they schedule your last interview. It will be first come first serve. Last interview was on June 27th. It will take up 7-10 business to receive a response. Still waiting will keep you updated. In between the wait they are going to send out 2 or 3 surveys for you to complete. It take between 3-4 months to get in

  • It was a 3 process interview

  • Told me what the job was about, asked me if I had questions. Hired me on the spot.
Just be honest, and have a positive attitude.
