  • Provide a mechanism to foster equal opportunity in career advancement for minority races. And an effective and potent policy to prevent managers from demanding personal favors for promotion. Set up an independent committee that will interview or survey your employees for challenges that hinders productivity. So they can give the company honest , genuine feedback that can yield a potentent and productive solution. This is the only way the company can grow (that's if sprint survives it's current predicament and stays in business)

  • Better hourly pay

  • Bne more professional about their job & stop disrespecting their employees, & have better communication skills.

  • Give us some variety in our work to improve morale, cross train so we can work in other departments to break up the monotony, improve the facilities, stop treating call center staff that are still left like we are quickly replaceable, improve the software we use to do our jobs- no excuse to still be using control c, v to copy/paste.

  • More PTO and better incentives/ rewards.

  • Be more flexible with schedule. Recognize employees for their hard work. Stand up for employees when rude customers are "attcking" them over something they have no control over (slow network, hidden fees, bad service etc). Close early on holidays, or give holiday pay. Reward employees as this can be a stressful job.

  • Reward for hard work and create better benefits.
