That’s make a great sale.
Otherwise, you also see a long lineup from people who want the t mobile Tuesday gifts like water bottle or backpack. That’s fun to see people hungry for free gifts.
Everything depends on your leadership however as a store manager I put in the effort required and am rewarded with a decent work life balance. The culture is centered around earning money for each and every associate and manager in the company.
