It varies depending on the length of your shift. I worked 8 paid hours with a 1 hr lunch

Answered

4 there are 4 hours for service with customers

Answered

You are allowed a 30 minute lunch break if you are working a full time shift. However, depending on customer traffic it wasn't always an option to take the full 30 (or one at all). When it's busy you need to drop everything and take advantage of the traffic, which can result in delayed or non-existent breaks. However, they never forced you to stop your break early--your check would just really suck if you didn't.
