Discrimination and Harrassment. My manager would constantly blame me for things going wrong in the store. On top of that i was promised that i could go to school and work. That was not the case . Also the tuition help is based off the manager and if they dont like you they will not help you. REAL REASON I QUIT, i tried to voice my concerns to my manager with my assistant manager as a witness. The conversation derailed and he refused to listen, so i simply said i was going to walk away and come right back in . Well the next day I got an email about how he felt threatened by me and when i called HR she said not to do anything that could get me arrested . Ive spoken to HR about all 3 of my pervious managers and they all have harrassed me and all have been discriminative. By far the worst company that i have ever worked for . You only get promoted if you become bestfriends with mangement or commit fraud on every account that you open!

If you are at a TPR store (franchise) then you get 75% off the first 2 lines and 20% off every line after.

If you are at a corporate store, you get 75% off of your own line and any other lines for spouses or tax-declared dependents.

My training was 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for three weeks. It was all online in the backroom on a computer, with tests every now and then and a final test one-on-one with your manager at the end.

Answered

Yes it’s paid. And it 10weeks

I filled out application then you have to pass an assessment test once you pass a phone interview then a face to face interview and they have you roll play a sales scenario after that background check and if everything goes well an offered is made.

Answered

No, totally merit based.

Answered

No you have to purchase your own like I did, I had two phones but paid for both phones and the lines but you get discount on the lines not the phones. Only way you get a phone without paying is if a vendor like samsung or apple give you one which you have to eventually return every time they hand you a new device and return when you leave the company.

My face-to-face interview was 30 mins long. There were managers from two different locations, and there was a third location also hiring. At the end I told them what stores I would prefer in order. Got a call from the district manager after hours, and then got a call the next day from the manager at the training facility. They give you a verbal offer to accept, and then tell you what location you'll be at (if you're being interviewed for more than one.)

It varies depending on the length of your shift. I worked 8 paid hours with a 1 hr lunch
