Assistant Manager in Ashburn, VA

T Mobile is great place to work at. They are very flexible with scheduling and honor all types of availability. Days can range fro being really slow to really fast paced but you are always doing something. Whether it be making sales, calling customers about promotions, or changing out merchandise. A great working environment with a lot of opportunity to grow.

Job pays decent, management can be hit or miss. Managers above your typical store manager/general managers seem to be always out of touch with what's really going on, on a store to store basis. Pay is decent but the people who work there can be toxic and weird as h3ll. other than that the culture is and can be fun. Lastly...Work/life balance is actually pretty good...

There is very poor leadership with supervisors who micromanage and only interested in their own professional development and/oe bonuses. They work their direct reports to death. Everyone is treated as completely disposable.

Clear view and expectations at every level. Makes it easy for everyone to stay aligned. Senior leaders vary but for most part all the same and we all have same goals.

It’s a good company to work for if you have the right leadership support. T-Mobile was an amazing company to work for until they bought Sprint. After that it went downhill.
