I was to start on a Monday he called and said we had to reschedule so my first day the next day I come in he wasn't there then we stayed for 3 hours instead of 8 he didn't train me at all he did was talk about the company non stop. the next day he called again and told me he wasn't able to meet me at the store for training then he wanted to throw me off onto a store an hour away several towns away from my residence to train with someone up there and it just was not working out.
