I had my interview and got hired right away. Then came in for orientation, which only lasted like 30 minutes. All they did was have me fill out some paper work and take a menu home and give me my card. I couldn't start there because my babysitter canceled on me. I let the manager know ahead of time that I couldn't start because of the babysitter situation, and asked if when I get daycare situated if I could come back and work there and he said yes. From my experience the managers are very friendly.

You have two to three interviews, usually done on location. You then will go through a training process that usually is finished up within a 2 to 3 week period, depending on your skill and pace of learning.
