I applied, got a call back within a couple of days asking me to come in to do an OJE (on Jobe experience), told to wear all black and trainers (preferably non-slip as kitchen floor gets wet). arrived and was buddied, she didn't really tell me a lot other members did- the more friendly ones. OJE took 2 hours and then manager brought me in his office to ask if I enjoyed it, what was the main thing I liked, did I see myself doing it and if the team were welcoming. then told me that he would ask team members what they thought about me. So, basically be as friendly as possible with the team they are technically the ones the job offer lies with.
The managers asked me what I wanted from this job.
How many hours did i wanted to work a week.
If i could work holidays.
