I had my interview and got hired right away. Then came in for orientation, which only lasted like 30 minutes. All they did was have me fill out some paper work and take a menu home and give me my card. I couldn't start there because my babysitter canceled on me. I let the manager know ahead of time that I couldn't start because of the babysitter situation, and asked if when I get daycare situated if I could come back and work there and he said yes. From my experience the managers are very friendly.

I applied, got a call back within a couple of days asking me to come in to do an OJE (on Jobe experience), told to wear all black and trainers (preferably non-slip as kitchen floor gets wet). arrived and was buddied, she didn't really tell me a lot other members did- the more friendly ones. OJE took 2 hours and then manager brought me in his office to ask if I enjoyed it, what was the main thing I liked, did I see myself doing it and if the team were welcoming. then told me that he would ask team members what they thought about me. So, basically be as friendly as possible with the team they are technically the ones the job offer lies with.

I love working. I am in that building almost everyday, even on my days off. The staff i met when I was first hired was absolutely great and most of my current and close friends that i have work there too. Fridays can be very welcoming and the managers are willing to help you out whenever you are in a jam.
