One major reason I left was because I was being harassed by management every shift about getting customers to sign up for credit cards. Also A LOT of favoritism. Also management didn’t allow for me to do anything else besides cashier even when I asked about doing something else like sales floor. I worked here for 2 years.

I did leave .. one weird . Favoritism! If you sucker people into credit cards , your gold! If not your nothing . An they all act like it's high school . Tattled tails who have no life and the shade on other people to get it off terrible .

The treatment by the management team is fear based, they lack true leadership skills and have zero credibility all the way the guy in the corner office . Don’t start there and you won’t have to leave

Tjx is great but in my store management is cold and VERY TENSE if your not a favorite you don't get any of the extra incentives. So unfair and disheartening.
