I had no interview with this company.
They were having a hiring blitz and a recruiter from the Jacksonville, FL office reached out. The interview is a panel interview, typically with the Director of the office and the Account Manager you potentially will be matched with if brought on. There is a phone screen before the in-person. Their interview process is 3 steps. After a phone there is a F2F and if that goes well they will ask you to come in for a half day training. Which is just shadowing the recruiters and getting a true day in the life of the role. If you make it to the 3rd step they will more than likely offer you the position.
