The initial interveiw was a phone screening, then an in person with TEKsystems and the final interview was in person at the client site.

The interview process is a 3 fold process: corporate will reach out for preliminary interview. Then, the local office will reach out for an in person 1 hour interview. final stage is a half-day on site placement to see how you fit culturally.
