Hire Americans first then store employee files in corperate office data secure base. And only HR would have access to employee social security card number and drivers license. The Americans would no longer be comprimised while try to work and take care of their families. And I'd advertise real jobs never fake jobs to take identities and smear Americans. Also, food would never be microwaved. In addition, I'd make sure there is plenty of hand soap and water pressure for clean hand washing after bathroom the hand washed agian before handling any food.

Coordination and support the new team member , no accusation, coach them properly , no yelling , respect your crew member , the new team member , respect the management , respect the customer the priority, and respect your self

Focus on the job , especially drive thru, nice to work at taco bell , but some team member been there forever working , never give a chance the new hire to learn , criticized and judgement to the new team member, they will , lost motivation . I wish they stop that , I love taco bell period

Honestly I would do some kind of undercover boss thing. If you watch, the higher ups don't realize how much work and how much stress people are going through just to live each day. Its an eye opener. Even the rgm and the area coach need to be better at recognition and rewarding... contests. Something along those lines. Its almost as if a rgm makes their area coach, then the area coach almost purposefully lets that store fall eventually forcing the rgm out. New rgm of choice comes in. Its a big game that actually makes me sick to my stomach. I wish that i could be positive. But nothing is... except the co workers you meet. They become so close because you all constantly go through mental breakdowns together.

Reduce menus items from 104 items including lto items. Reduce customers option to change everything in items. Eat it how it's supposed to be made . An stop trying to compete with fast food service times, our food is made to order. It should not be rushed that's how mistakes are made.

I would have the Area Coaches be more hands-on and willing to actually work with the employees to improve their skill set and work ethic, not just oversee and not get to know their employees.
