The whole thing is stressful. They have extremely high expectations for the RGM that are very unrealistic given the way schedules are predicted. When you have 4 people maybe 3 after 10pm it can get rough. Because taco bells whole thing is open late. Okay meaning it's super busy at night. I've worked at 2 stores both the same. No one ends up getting they're breaks. When the cars are actually all gone. Everyone litterally collapses. But not 1 min later DING another drive thru. Its the same thing ever single night just sometimes worse.
Having only 2 people on the line making drive thru and front counter orders. Doesn't usually happen alot but sometimes your just short handed.

Working with rude employees, people never showed up to their shifts on time, working alone or being short staffed was stressful, long- drive thru times created angry customers, and employees who were under trained were constantly messing up orders making customers very upset
