Corporate is completely out of touch with what it's like to be working in the actual restaurant. They care very little for how hard their employees actually work and show no appreciation for it. There is no incentive to be a hard worker as lazy incompetent employees seem to hold the same value as employees who actually work. Corporate cares far more about making money to line their pockets rather than showing any appreciation to the people who work hard to make that possible. Taco Bell is a terrible terrible place to work for.

The work environment is that 90% of managers are miserable and looking to quit or work elsewhere. It is unprofessional, exhausting, and negative.
