Corporate is completely out of touch with what it's like to be working in the actual restaurant. They care very little for how hard their employees actually work and show no appreciation for it. There is no incentive to be a hard worker as lazy incompetent employees seem to hold the same value as employees who actually work. Corporate cares far more about making money to line their pockets rather than showing any appreciation to the people who work hard to make that possible. Taco Bell is a terrible terrible place to work for.

Very fun Fast pace restaurant.. Love it👍😲
Miserable. Was told i was going to get one wage yet got a different wage. My gm is lazy im picking up his slack all the time. Very frusterating
The work environment is that 90% of managers are miserable and looking to quit or work elsewhere. It is unprofessional, exhausting, and negative.

Depends on where you work my store is full of laughter and communication and the atmosphere is great GM knows what she's doing and all the shift leads do as well

I just got hired as a shift lead and the moment the GM noticed I sleep in my car I haven't been put on the schedule and get no return calls this not there core beliefs I'm trying to work as much as possible and get on my feet and really just got discriminated against
Customers are non-stop, fast paced work environment, turnover rate of employees is terrible, went through 4 General Managers in the 6 months working for this company, the people that stayed were fun to work with. Terrible Managers made me quit, it became so frustrating.
