This was a good company to work for because of the work life balance that is afforded, as well as the unlimited PTO, and flexible schedule. The benefits were somewhat decent (despite a high deductible).
The biggest area of improvement is their recruiter management staff. They are not great at communication, and have clearly never been real leaders. - more... It is clear they promote those who meet company metrics, vs those who are most qualified to be in a leadership role.
