This was a good company to work for because of the work life balance that is afforded, as well as the unlimited PTO, and flexible schedule. The benefits were somewhat decent (despite a high deductible).
The biggest area of improvement is their recruiter management staff. They are not great at communication, and have clearly never been real leaders. It is clear they promote those who meet company metrics, vs those who are most qualified to be in a leadership role.
They are a small recruiting firm trying to become a big dog in the industry, and just simply don't have the right tools in place to do so. They do not supervisor or mitigate the high school like behavior that takes place within the office. So if you are a bit more established in your career, or even more mature that the antics previously mentioned, this company may not be the right fit for you. It is an office of mostly recent grads with no real sense of responsibility in life yet.
Pto, flexible schedule, company events
insurance/ office environment/ lack of leadership experience
