Takeda used to be a company that I was proud to tell people about. Most people were envious of a Takeda employee. Over the past 5-6 years, Takeda has become a company that isn't looked upon in a positive light. They've tried to become a little too big, too fast and they've completely lost their way.

I was contacted over the phone for an interview between 4-5 weeks after aubmitting my application and taking the assessment.
Worked as a phlebotomist for over 2 years here. There was a little work dread just like any job, but day to day wasn't bad. But as I've moved on to different positions in labs and hospitals, I really miss working at BioLife and it being a professional but also very chill environment, and there's way more co-workers to get along with at BioLife, unlike most of healthcare arrogance out there.
