I like the agency but there is little consistency with staff as many leave. The caseloads can be extensive and exhausting with little time for self.

Pay more money, create a caring environment for the employees, we care for clients but no one cares for us. Pay employees for major holidays and if employees work on holidays pay them time and a half. Let staff have true flexible schedules without backlash. Create an environment where no one want to ever leave.... It can be done.
