$30,000. Case Load is just that- a LOAD. I worked independently but left to solve some issues on my own. If case workers resolution wasn't what the supervisor or manager would do, the case worker would be in trouble and the supervisor would say you didn't come to them. If you go to anyone above your supervisor they would side with my supervisor. They don't know what they are doing. Billable hours is what they care about.
