If u are a store manager in a district that is ran poorly get ready to work 50 to 60 hours a week.
For associates your hours depends on the srength u bring to the business. If u prefer to task instead of sale u will have more evening shifts and not as many hours as an associate who is strong on sales floor.

It's retail. You know when you sign up there will be nights and weekends, but they rotate nights/weekends so it's fair for everyone.

Working shifts are short. Dont expect to work a 6 hour day or longer unless in a position of management. Shifts usually vary from 4-5.5 hours consisting of an Opener, mid, and closer.
