The Hospital is Harsh, and unfriendly towards its employees, I would advise to work somewhere else. Employees are the last person of order and they tell everyone to leave if they don't like it. Many people left for better hospitals because of how managers treat their employees as second class citizens. Just because a hospital says it is #1 doesn't mean it is. Happy employees means a happy hospital and successful business.
