Loved working here. Amazing staff. Lots of promos for clients. The owners are very friendly as well. Appericate everything you do for them and they try to do everything to keep employees happy

There is no business for Hair Stylist here they are very slow and they have a bad reputation, I would give them clients and my clients would tell me how unhappy they were with price and results. NAIL TECHS AND LASH TECHS be careful, the owners mother is the receptionist, she will be rude. As a nail tech I started paying rent and a couple of months later they raised the rent fee. they will close 2 to 3 hours early and Dawn will give you an attitude (even curse at you) if you are brooked all day long ( as crazy as it sounds) because she wants to go home early every day, worse part is she is the mother of the manager/owners so she will get away with everything

Overall this place sucked to work out.. owners only care about themselves and no one else.. lots of broken promises made.. always on vacation and never available yes expected so much of everyone else! Beware
Esthetician in Boulder, CO

A typical day included performing services on clients, selling appropriate product, helping in other departments (receptionist, laundry, etc.), and running team meetings when needed. I learned how to juggle work and home life. I would sometimes receive a call from my manager asking me to come in for extra shifts, and I was able to use these instances to learn how to balance my work and home life into a smooth running operation. Management was overall great. My main bosses were very positive and encouraging. If an employee needed help with anything, they were there to figure out what to do about the situation. My co-workers were also great. We worked as a team, and we all recommended each other to help with client needs that we couldn't handle. The hardest part of the job was dealing with slow times during the year. I would always find things to do, but there were times when I was sitting around not able to do much. The most enjoyable part of the job was the clients.
