Vacation? Ha! What’s that? Scheduled days off are discouraged - they most likely talk you into being there 7 days a week!

TaraVista utilizes a Paid Time Off system for employees regularly schedule to work 24 hours or more per week. The number of days are determined by the number of hours you work with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 to use for Sick, Vacation and Holidays.

Sooner or later DMH will catch on they foster an unsafe, hostile environment for patients and staff. They need to be shut down. Honestly shocked that hasn’t happened yet, but the system is slow moving I guess. There’s too much pressure to have beds open for these poor people in need, but the bigger picture here is this facility is unsafe!!!
