Fresh environment with cool coworkers and good vibes but management sucked and they didn't care about anyone's schedules or personal lives. Very easy to take advantage of the freedom but it's also the worst Target in the area for a reason; no organization at all and they have their workers leading the others but still little advancement for them.... the workers that were in charge did more work t...

+Solid camaraderie between workers and leaders (to an extent)-Managers and store politics don't care about you or your time as long as they end up looking good
Customer Service Team Lead in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN

I enjoyed most of my time at target, had a flexible schedule, loved my team - not enough opportunities for growth. There aren’t enough jobs for people interested in management at a store level, super competitive. It was hard to achieve expectations and goals because of the domino effect of systemic failures throughout the store.

The job is comfortable and the pay is decent starting at around 16.75 and hour. That being said, merit-based pay raises don't seem to be very common. Great to find work and build a work-history but definitely not a "forever job."

Work environment is mostly relaxed. Team members and leaders are easy going. This particular position is very tedious. Most of your shift will consist of picking up clothes, folding and racking clothing items, organizing items, and assisting in all other areas of the store (front-end, general merchandise, pick-up orders/fulfillment)
