When I had my interview, I was asked how many hours I would be willing to work. I told them I'd like to work between 30-40 hours a week. Every week my schedule changes...One week it's 12 hours, the next it's 22. I end up covering other people's shifts just to make at least 30 hours a week. There is definitely no structure when it comes to hours at Target. However, once the busy seasons start like Back to School, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas, etc., that's when you can rake in the hours!

As an adult, with bills, anything less than 30 hours is nothing. Some weeks you get a bout 20 hours or less, for some.
