Depending on the store, the planogram team will either work over night while the store is closed or from very early morning to late morning.

Not necessarily. There is a yearly review towards the end of April. Depending on how your team lead rates you, you get a raise. I think everyone gets at least a small raise, however the amount depends on your overall rating.

Target, at least my store, is a great place for people in college to work at. Target is very flexible with hours & will ensure that you have time on the clock over breaks.
