WAs not a night shift back room hour. On occasion some back room employees may be asked to work a overnight for a special project. In which case they would usually 8 o'clock p.m. to 4 o'clock a.m.

Yes for break, no for lunch. Break for me was a paid 15 minutes. Lunch was a non paid mandatory 30 minutes.
