WAs not a night shift back room hour. On occasion some back room employees may be asked to work a overnight for a special project. In which case they would usually 8 o'clock p.m. to 4 o'clock a.m.

All the time. For the first year and a half it was swing shifts year around. I'd work from 8am-3pm then close then open again the following morning.
