Stop playing favorites. One person can’t do a two person job. Actually help us instead of complaining. Don’t be so critical of every little thing that is done “wrong”. BETTER TRAINING. My training was so bad that the next day I kept forgetting tasks that are minimal and easy. Management be a lot nicer to your team members. We work so hard that we should get appreciation every once in a while.

Stop playing favorites. Promote the people with experience who want the job. Don't make a new team member apply and get the job just because you like them more. They didn't apply for a reason.
