Backroom workers work a variety of shifts. Newbies wills usually start out at the 4am - 12pm shift. Eventually you can be moved to a more functional shift like 11am-9pm or 3pm- close.

Your hours will be insane since your are coming on as a ETL. Most likely on your day shifts you will be there till around 6 and on close you will get out about an hour after close. Have fun Target is a great company

WAs not a night shift back room hour. On occasion some back room employees may be asked to work a overnight for a special project. In which case they would usually 8 o'clock p.m. to 4 o'clock a.m.
