Im not sure how i am supposed to live on 20 hours a week when the whole year and a half before i was getting 38... the $1 per hour raise i received doesnt make up the difference of getting half the amount of hours per week.

Answered

4 hours: one 15 minute break
6 hours: one 15, one 30 (unpaid)
8 hours: two 15's, one 30 (unpaid)
You must take your 30 minute break before the 5 hour mark or HR will have you sign a waiver saying that they didn't force you to stay and work over your set break time.

Answered

Working hours are scheduled based on associates availability
