the job can frustrating at the time due to communication issues because the management are competing with each other or you'll find yourself in a difficult position and can find yourself running back and forth in the store due to this
There's never a dull day working at Target. There's always work to be done and a guest that needs help.Different types of people come in and out of Target and the team members that you work with are always there to help and may even become some of your closest friends. The managers that you work with are also there to help you and always make sure that the job gets done.
It was okay; there would be days where there would be long lines of guest and only two cashiers working which was stressful. The managers were fun to work with, and They're accommodating with any problems you may have.

All together it is a fun place to work you get to interact with new people everyday and you smile and have fun while earning money. while i was working at this job i learned that if you can not be shy you have to speak up to accomplish the goals that need to be met for this job. The managers are cool they reward you with things when you meet goal for the company and they make you feel apart of a team instead of just a individual working for pay. i would say the hardest thing that i went through at work was standing for a long period of time and then had to rule out the pain with a smile to every customer. Even though i had to stand for that long i just enjoyed being a cashier because it has been a job that i have always wanted to do.

The fist couple of months can be really fun but as soon as you get comfortable you get more hours and thats good and all but igmf someone calls for their job you have to do if you are in hardlines or in softlines. I cant say if all the team leads are like this but some of then take forever to help a guest if they cant help them they just guve then to you.
A place clashed with both likable and unlikable co-workers and management. You learn on hand, but not given time to properly grow as a employee. However engaging conversation with both employees and customers can lead to a healthy relationship.

The overall environment is determined by where you work, but is consistently full of nice people. The management is helpful, encourages hard work, and knows team members limits. The hardest parts of the job was usually when working alone and trying to keep track of everything while helping guests.
