Good place

Lots of projects from big oems.Job security .Salary is less but u will learn from projects which would be helpful in ur career growth.Join if u want to work for various multinational clients.

A good place to start your career

Joined as a fresher all I can say is That a lot of good projects but very less pay. After a time you will feel like you are not getting what you deserve .

Good place to grow

Lots of projects,lots of work. Great place for a beginner to learn. Team is collaborative. You will learn a lot working here. Lots of inter department trainings offered.

Overall neutral experience. You will get exposure to lot of learnings but pay scale is very less. Work life balance will be affected based on your project. Pathetic HR department

Great workplace

The company is great to work. Good work culture. Great Seniors. There is Job Security. I enjoyed my work here. Surely join this company.But annual hikes are very low

Productive Learning at work place

Mostly you will work in client location. Depends on project your work life balance will be there. If you want to change project its very difficult. Hr will not help in this.Salary are very low but very good for freshers to learn

It is a good place for freshers to learn and for laterals it isn't the company.

Started my first Job here as a fresher. learnt lot of things within a span of 2 years. you will find good mentors who are willing to help.But coming to managers, lot of partiality is seen. So are the HRs. Some seniors doesn't even work they slack off all day by delegating work to juniors. Management need to change Managers every 3 years or so.

Except Job Security & good transport facility, no pros here

Salary is below par than almost all service based companies Managers are rude

Overall GoodNo Onsite OpportunitiesNo Project Change. You have to sit in the same project till you die.No Work Life BalanceOn Time Salarymin 5% hike till max of 12% Hike given annual.Good HR.Almost collagues are friendly to each other.

Poor work life balance

Extremely poor work life balance . Great place to learn though, especially for freshers . But have to work for 10 to 14 hours per day on average. Very poor work life balance

Working on good technology,

Good hike, job security is very high. Management is good. No transportation facilities. Canteen serve only south Indian food. Good place to start your career

Good company to work

I have joined Tata elxsi as a fresher .The initial training was good.Work life balance is good.As tata group, there is 100% job securtiy.Good company culture.Well established organization and employee friendly.Learning scope wise it is ok but not excelllent.It all depends on the project we work.Some projects and domain has good learning curve.Hikes are also fine.

Lack of benifits and perks. Apart from CTC we dont have other benifits.

Great work place to balance your life

Tata Elxsi is an engineering focused company, work life balance in the company is superb. They have few inhouse project and few consulting project. There are onsite opportunity. Very good for freshers to groom.
