Great work like balance, workplace culture is laid back as long as you get your work completed. Must be a self starter and self disciplined.

Good job

Good place to work the people are nice and pay is good the boss pays good and the hours are ok i would work there anytime .Some of the people you work with helps you out and you learn alot.

Productive and fun

I really enjoyed working for Tatum the Owners and employees which were only 3 of us got along great but we did meet a lot of people while delivering most of our stops were at the Marriott hotels and Palm Desert Mall

Fun Place to work

Great Job and great people. Very nice company to work for and awesome managers to learn from. I was able to learn many trades at this job. I went from normal roofing to metal roofing to a metal fabracator.

Was a good company when independent

The company has a great vision and fills a great need of providing interim financial management to companies in flux. With the acquisition of Tatum by Randstad, the ways of doing business changed and it was a challenge for Tatum.

Variety of work

You will work in a wide variety of industries and roles at Tatum, far exceeding what you would normally find in a corporate environment. You will learn a great deal through these new experience and really build out your "tool set" of experience.

Short days with low pay

It’s was a slow paced work environment with very little pay and no benifits and very little support from the leads and supervisors in charge, also to many people telling you what to do.

Tatum was a well balanced firm

Team at Tatum was profession and environment well balanced. Biweekly meetings provided effective communication and helped keep the staff updated on business trends.

I thrived in this high-volume atmosphere.

I was employed by Tatum, Inc. for over ten years and looked forward to coming in everyday! I became very familiar with what my returning hotel guests and time-share owners at the JWMarriott wanted. This gave me a sense of pride in both knowing/featuring the merchandise we sold and sharing that enthusiasm w/them.
