Most people are great but everything about the place is dated. The facility, the processes, the software, the people. Zero communication between departments. They lack innovation.

Company would be great if it were not for HR and management

Claim to have a open door policy, however, nothing said is ever considered. Employees are treated accordingly, if you are not a yes sir, yes mam kind of an employee you will not be liked. Unfortunately, its not much of a diverse welcoming culture either. This would have been and Im sure may have been a great company to work for, but its a chain of command issue. Human resources are not for the employees, probably the worst I have ever seen and the management is terrible.

Growth Opportunity and Welcoming Atmosphere

After being with Taylor Company for over a year now, I can honestly say how impressed I am with the warm welcome I received. There is a great mix of tenure and new employees with different experiences. The culture is really laid back as long as you're working hard and performing your job well. In a short period, I have already seen growth in my scope of responsibility as well as my compensation. If you want to move up, there are plenty of opportunities to do so.

unprofessional worker's in management running a company unfair treatment to hard workers that stand on their feet all day they only care aboug numbers not the workers health
