Talk to and Listen to the employees that have been there for years working for the company. You need to get there input, they are the ones that are out on the floor doing the work.You put people in charge that don’t know anything about how things should be ran or handled. Those people make it hard on everyone. They also make things go out late which doesn’t make the client happy.
